When my father died, I did a lot of research to decide who would be the right person to sell his San Carlos house. I decided on Laura not only because of her decades of experience, but also because of her very high rating and stellar reviews across multiple websites. I am very glad I did. She guided me through the process of getting my dad’s older 70’s style house ready for market. She works with top of the line vendors & skilled labor contractors to paint inside and out, refinish floors, remodel the kitchen, landscape the yard, add lighting, update fixtures, etc.. Her “team” was fast, efficient, and their work was of very high quality. She gave me suggestions every step of the way, scheduled and coordinated all phases of work, and stayed in constant touch with me. She was always on top of things and was at the house every day, checking on the progress. The results were truly amazing. I almost didn’t recognize the house when all was said and done.
